define occupies process->st-region and let spans be process->t-region #79

Could we add examples of usage explaining clearly the difference between those 
2 relations? I have trouble understanding the difference between both.

spans is process->temporal, occupies is process->st-region.
spans is now subproperty of occupies

whoops meant occupies is process -> (st-region or t-region)

Since we have spans I think we should reduce to range to just st-region.

Finally, on nomenclature, trentelman et al uses 'spell' to be the relation of 
process to temporal region, and 'span' to be the relation of process to 
st-region. I think we should adopt those names and avoid 'occupies'
