Process boundary textual definition does not follow basic convention #139

Current textual definition reads: p is a process boundary =Def. p is a temporal part of a process & p has no proper temporal parts. (axiom label in BFO2 Reference: [084-001])

breaks convention for formulating textual definition (no such thing as temporal part in BFO2 AND does not reflect the axiomatic definition.

Should at minima be: process boundary is an occurent occurring/that exists in a zero-dimensional temporal region
