I'm working on creating an ontology for biomedical gerontology based on the BFO and OGMS. I was wondering if I could get some feedback on my efforts so far. (Long term I would like it to be OBO compliant)
I've been studying the BFO2 spec for a couple of months and am now trying to define some of the terms that I think are essential for the ontology. My initial thought is that this ontology is a domain level ontology generally under the OGMS.
I've attached a Word file of a few of the ontology's defined terms and an example application of the ontology to express an (incomplete) etiological theory of arterial aneurysms.
Its all a bit rough right now, but any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
