Ramona Walls did a short review and had these comments.

fiat object ( https://bfo.googlecode.com/svn/releases/2014-05-03/owl-group/bfo_classes.owl ) is a bit confusing, because the label is "fiat object" but the elucidation says "b is a fiat object part =...". Also the examples of usage include "the division of the brain into regions" and "the division of the planet into hemispheres". These to me sound like examples of a process rather than examples of a fiat object. I think examples like "the Western hemisphere of the Earth" are much clearer.

This is a minor thing, but the usage of punctuation and capitalization seems to be somewhat random. For example, a few of the examples of usage have a period, even though they are not sentences (e.g., "your process of aging." for process). Obviously this is not something that should interfere with the release.
