Daylight savings #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.daylight savings kicked in yesterday and my sound manager is an hour off.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I was expexting it to use 
the phones clock.  it is changing volumes an hour before it is suppose to.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?Ver 2.1.0, 
android 4.1.2
