Example code for mcmckinfit.full not working #30

The example code uses mkinmod.gui which is not found. Substituting with mkinmod.full works, but running mcmckinfit.full on the resulting model yields an error.

Can't imagine that I haven't read this issue from one year ago! I will take some time in May and June working on this project hopefully.
