Thanks for the question! Please make sure your config path is given correctly. The config file should be provided by 

config_path = './mebocost.conf'

where ./mebocost.conf is the relative path. If you change your workspace to other folders rather than the MEBOCOST folder, you need to revise the config_path, or you can provide an absolute file path. Please let me if you still get questions!

Looks like this is your own data, not demo data. I think the error comes from empty communications. We will fix this error by printing out a warning msg later. Together with your case reported in #8, I am happy to set up a meeting with you, so we can have better communications to solve the problem efficiently.
