Make mysql-summary able to dump only one database #58

Give the user an option: dump all if "y", or dump only one if "1" is their 
answer.

It would be nice if it said "dump N databases? y/n" to remind you how much 
you're going to dump; also, I'd like to be able to say "yes, but dump only 1, 
and THIS is the one I want."  Maybe it could head -n10 the list of databases so 
I can see them and pick one.
