Unfortunatelly Welly 2.4 is not designed for Snow Leopard and this is a known 
issue
for Welly 2.4 under Mac OS 10.6. Please try 2.64 beta from the "Downloads" tab 
and
feel free to provide us your experience with that. Thank you for your help.
