Intermittent : No response from server for url #129

 I tried to a sendKeys on an element and I get this error

No response from server for url 
http://localhost:61825/session/5ea162ee9bc5bcb95989d56f9438ea52/element
Although this can be intermittent

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ChromeDriver = 22.0.1203.0b
Chrome = 21.0.1180.60
OS = Windows 7 

OpenQA.Selenium.WebDriverException was unhandled by user code
  Message=No response from server for url http://localhost:61825/session/5ea162ee9bc5bcb95989d56f9438ea52/element/:wdc:1343919246687/value
  Source=WebDriver

I am getting this error now, was not previously. I want to note that our 
network switches were recently upgraded too Juniper Networks. I am not sure if 
this is the issue or not, but after the upgrade I am now seeing this error.
