Does snpgdsLDprunning support multithreading? #110

I se there is an option in function parameters but it gives a warning saying that it does not supprt multi-threading. Is this due to my setup or the function? Can I do something about it? Ubuntu 16 Threads, AMD, latest package version from Bioconductor

You should install SNPRelate >= v1.38.0. See https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/news/SNPRelate/NEWS
