How to merge gds files each from 1 chromosome? #50

Sorry for asking this question but I am struggling with this... I have 22 gds files each for 1 chromosome. I tried snpgdsCombineGeno but it didnt work as it requires the files to have common snps. Is there any function to merge gds files?

ps. thanks for answering my previous question, I got the memory issue sorted now!

Please update the SNPRelate package you installed? The latest version might have solved your problem.
