Empty GDS #50

Is there a way to generate an empty (skeleton) SeqArray GDS ? Cheers Thierry

You can use an empty VCF file to create an empty GDS:

##fileformat=VCFv4.0
#CHROM  POS ID  REF ALT QUAL    FILTER  INFO    FORMAT
