Add IDN support #173

Please, add support for internationalized domain names. Most modern browsers 
are capable of navigating to IDN websites.

For example this one: http://минобрнауки.рф

IDN works fine now.
Thanks a lot for the fast fix!

Tested on:
Apache Maven 3.0.3
Java version: 1.6.0_45, vendor: Apple Inc.
OS name: "mac os x", version: "10.8.3", arch: "x86_64", family: "mac"
restclient-ui
