Deleting the only student in a session deletes the session as well. This could be an inconvenience since the tutor may still want to add more people to the session itself, or be confused as to why the session suddenly disappeared

This was the expected output from the developers as a session without any students should not be run at all.

Reason for disagreement: I believe this could still be a valid bug as it was not mentioned in the UG that sessions need to have a minimum of 1 student. While it is logically sound that a session must have attendees, the process of managing sessions may involve adding and removing students, which may result in the situation where there is temporarily no students in the session. In this case, the session should not be automatically deleted. This matches the description of a low severity bug :

severity.Low : A flaw that is unlikely to affect normal operations of the product. Appears only in very rare situations and causes a minor inconvenience only.
