benchmark results of mipnerf360 #4

i, thanks for your great work, some little questions about the benchmark results of mipnerf360 reported by your work, avg PSNR is 27.71 which is much high than 27.4(reproduce the results by latest 3dgs codes), so what have you do to improve the performance? "3DGS∗ is our retrained 3DGS model with better performance" looking forward to your reply, thanks! @zhengzhang01

Thank you for your interest in our paper!

As mentioned in the original 3DGS's GitHub, we use Python 3.9, PyTorch 2.0.1, and CUDA 11.8.
