the word separators in the command line options are not consistent #18

sometimes there is word_word, sometimes word-word, this is really frustrating.
and the long options should* go with two "-" like --force-reinstall, not
single one.

* basing on common standards

More standardised options, e.g. --force-reinstall have been supported for some
time. Additionally, most word-word commands
work as well as word_word (the only commands that weren't present were
list-installed, list-upgradable and install-pending
(undocumented too >:)).

The problem is that the old inconsistent commands/options were still being
advertised in the help output. I've mostly fixed this
with r349.
