system-settings.sh outputs plaintext #75

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update OpenWRT/kamikaze & webif to svn heads; build
2. Install firmware image, load web interface
3. Attempt to open system-settings.sh

Instead of seeing a web page, the output will be a plain text document
beginning with
 CONFIG_SECTIONS 
Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
Pragma: no-cache

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" 
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

Ugh, nevermind. I hadn't realized the code at berlios.de was no longer updated.
Doesn't happen in the current version.
