The rg results are totally upside with LDSC results #19

Hi,

I have a question about the results I got. I used the same dataset to run genetic correlation analysis with HDL and LDSC and I got two different results from them and they look upside, one is negative another one will be positive. I check input data they are good. So I have no clue about the total upside situation.
