What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. common location for multiple users to log comments
2. multiple reviewere log comments
3. in team mode, creator of review accidentally uses a different reviewer
than theirs to start review.
4. after the pressing the finish button of review id selection screen, all
of the comments of the selected reviewer are deleted.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect that either the file would open and the user would now be
using the wrong id but the issues would not be removed and if the file is
already open then the software would refuse to open the file.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
