This bug doesn't seem to surface on all machines. So far bug reports have
been filed for Eclipse 3.3.0 and Eclipse 3.3.2 on Windows XP. I am able to
reproduce this on Windows XP using Eclipse 3.3.2.

This issue make take some time to resolve as it isn't consistent across all
computers.

The review menu does show up for non-java projects as reported by a few users.

Scratch that... confirmed on linux. I'm pretty sure it is the "new way"
plugin.xml
file that is messing it up... may have to abort and revert to the deprecated
stuff in
plugin.xml!

I have reverted back to the old plugin.xml and Jupiter works fine again. Will
not
worry about the deprecation in the plugin.xml until later.

installed jupiter yesterday on winXP & eclipse 3.3.1 and still get this problem.
how is this fixed then? fixed but not included in downloaded install?

Ben

PS: it would be really helpful if issues like this would appear as linked pages
in
the user guide.

What version of Jupiter are you using and did you download it from the
Downloads page
or the update site?

This issue was fixed as of May 2008. If you are experiencing further problems
there
is most likely an exception that is causing it and is not related to the
plugin.xml
issues addressed here. It should be in your Eclipse log. If you could check
your
log and paste it here or email it to me that would be good.

I see this problem with Flexbuilder 3.0.214193 (Eclipse 3.3.1) and Jupiter
3.4.1.1
for Flex projects.
