Remove usages of FileFolderSelectionDialog #34

ReviewIdEditDialog and ReviewIdNewFilePage both use the
FileFolderSelectionDialog.  While this works it, this is discouraged
because it is part of the eclipse "internal" package.  This can be replaced
with pure SWT/JFace dialog code.
