Jupiter markers do not work in the Eclipse XML editor #73

When opening an XML file in the XML editor Jupiter issues can be added via the 
Add Review Issue 
menu option.  However, the purple markers do not show up on the left.  Also, 
double-clicking on an 
issue that is in the file in the Review Table will open the file but will not 
jump the correct line 
number.  The cursor will always appear on the top line.

Sorry, I haven't really looked at this issue.  I think it might be a plugin
configuration issue which involves modifying the plugin.xml but I don't have 
any idea
what it is that I might have to add to get it to work.
