progress spinner when going to twitter.com to add new account #104

when user clicks "+" to add an account
there should be a progress/activity spinner that shows while the uiweb view is 
loading so the user 
will not keep pressing + over and over and wondering what is happening
this is especially a problem for users with slow internet connections
they will think the app does not work
