Progress bar stays at 100% from previous tweet added to queue #119

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a new tweet 
2. add an image
3. press 'Queue' button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The tweet should be added to the queue and a new clear tweet form should
appear.
This happens, but the file upload progress bar stays on screen until the
user adds a new image.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
