Description

This PR adds a new backend endpoint to the FastAPI project that prints 'hello world!'.

Summary of Changes

Modified 'demo/web/api/monitoring/views.py' to include a new endpoint '/hello' that returns 'hello world!' as the response body with a status code of 200.
No modifications were needed in 'demo/web/api/router.py' as it already includes all endpoints from 'monitoring' in the main APIRouter.

Please review and merge these changes.
