  Description

  This PR implements a backend endpoint that returns the string 'hello world!' and gets shown in the frontend. The changes include creating a new route, modifying the router, adding a view function, and writing a test.

• Created a new route '/hello' in the 'demo/web/api/router.py' file that maps to a new view function.
• Added a new async function 'hello_world' in the 'demo/web/api/monitoring/views.py' file that returns the string 'hello world!'.
• Modified the 'demo/web/application.py' file to include the new route in the FastAPI application setup.
• Added a new test function 'test_hello_world' in the 'demo/tests/test_demo.py' file to test the new route.
