  Description

  This PR implements a new backend endpoint that returns 'hello world!' for the frontend. It includes the following changes:

• Created a new file demo/web/api/monitoring/views.py to define the view functions for the monitoring API.

• Added a new function hello_world in demo/web/api/monitoring/views.py that returns the string 'hello world!'.

• Modified demo/web/api/router.py to import the hello_world function and include a new route /monitoring/hello that maps to the hello_world function.

• Updated demo/conftest.py to include a new test function test_hello_world that sends a GET request to the /api/monitoring/hello endpoint and asserts the response content is 'hello world!'.

Summary of Changes

• Created demo/web/api/monitoring/views.py with hello_world function.
• Modified demo/web/api/router.py to include a new route /monitoring/hello.
• Updated demo/conftest.py with a new test function test_hello_world.
