Using assistant with ArcGIS Enterprise behind my firewall nothing is returned #46

Describe the bug When using an internal ArcGIS Enterprise organization (behind the firewall) the Survey123 assistant doesn't return anything.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Log into https://survey123beta.arcgis.com/?portalUrl=https://.esri.com/portal
  2. Create a new survey
  3. The Survey123 assistant [BETA] option is available
  4. Open the Survey123 assistant and enter a prompt
  5. Nothing will happen

Expected behavior

If Survey123 assistant is not supported in ArcGIS Enterprise / is not supported in ArcGIS Enterprise behind the firewall the Survey123 assistant option should not be available.
