Training time #17

Hello, I am interested to this model and want to know its training time of one epoch in SNLI or Quora dataset. And how many epoches does it need to reach the convergence state?

In my experiments, it cost about 500 sec for one epoch in SNLI. I usually train 15 epches, and choose the best model on dev set. I just committed my config file. Please try it out.
