By learning multiple transformations from a reference (REF) group (for example, young and healthy individuals) to a target (TAR) group (for example, older adults or patients with a specific clinical phenotype)

---from Brain aging patterns in a large and diverse cohort of 49,482 individuals

How large does the TAR group have to be to get reliable results?

Thank you for your interest in our paper and code. We used around 9000 participants in the paper. However, around or more than 1000 participants might also give reliable results.
