Switch to using subrepos for lib repos #15

Subtrees are annoying to keep up-to-date and it's not that hard for someone using this repo to simply run git submodule --init update

Meh. Changed my mind. Subtrees make it much easier to use the repo, but only a little harder to maintain. I'd rather the burden be on maintaining.
