large vendor service cost #4

when vendor has large service cost input, the display becomes different

Really unlikely to have a service cost this large, seems like deliberate sabotage.

Reason for disagreement: this bug can also happen with the command: editvendor vid/333 c/21 c/10000000

In the response by the team, 30-digit telephone number is rejected because the longest telephone number in the world is around 15 digits. However, it is not impossible for money to go beyond 7 digits.

With that being said I would like to change the severity to VeryLow.
