May I ask why there are only processing operations for the four datasets in the code, and some other datasets mentioned in the experiment were not processed in the code? For example, pubmeb and PPI

Hi, I'm not sure what you mean by processing operations. Basically, we don't have many processings unless edge samplings. If you mean the available dataset options, there is no specific reason. Just uploaded some datasets for testing our model on tasks.
