Lunation and visibility values had too much decimal #4

For example Lunation display something like that "Lunaison: 87.05000000000001% de la lunaison 1153". Will be better with only 2 decimals "87.05%". Same thing for the visibility: "Visibilité de la surface: 15.659999999999998%".

The fix submitted is inconsistent and fails in some cases
