谷歌+，环聊无法使用（电脑端）

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.打开https://plus.google.com
2.加载速度极慢，显示无法加载Google+ CSS
3.右侧环聊无法使用
3.时不时无法连接，打开网页后一直在加载，原来还好啊。

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
加速谷歌+和环聊
