8010端口绑定问题

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.使用*@gmail.com的XMPP账户
2.使用支持XMPP的即时通讯软件
3.提示无法绑定8010

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
无错误提示。
该错误提示。

- Win8 x64

不能确定是否是DNS的问题，之前没有发生这个问题。

xmpp正常是不用8010端口的。

不知道你用的是谁的服务？
