维基百科手机版(m.Wikipedia.org)解析的域名是为电脑提供的域名，手机无法正常浏览 #60

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 所有m.wekipedia.org解析到的域名服务器
  都为电脑用的，不是手机专用ip
2. 打开网页显示

3.Facebook无法访问，已加HTTPS，显示超时
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
希望解析为正确的ip地址，手机版和电脑版ip地址分开,另外希
望开放nslookup查询，希望修复Facebook访问(上不去)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
系统android4.4.4，浏览器谷歌chrome35.0.1916.141
DNS为42.120.21.30
