What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use OpenderDNS
2. go to https://www.google.com.hk
3. search anything

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The pages show :

Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page 
checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot. 

IP address: 173.230.153.223
Time: 2014-06-30T05:55:09Z

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
