Could you please provide the annotation of mimic_cxr? Without this annotation, I cannot directly use your checkpoint for testing. Looking forward to your reply.

Hi, I am completed the setup on MIMIC-CXR. Could you refer my annotation.json file for more information. It works well on my side annotation.json

Thank you. I see that the number of samples in this annotation seems to be a bit low, is this what you used to reproduce R2GEN?

Just a subset of the data in MIMIC. You should try to build the JSON file to look like that.

Is it possible that the MIMIC data downloaded from this page contains MiMIC images processed differently from the MiMIC images available on the physionet site? Or is it just the MIMIC annotation files?
