allow user to set primary image for an account #1

System should provide account administrator to change or mark one of uploaded images as the primary one.

The primary image will be displayed on the account detailed page along with other information like menu items and reviews.

But this probably will be implemented on phrase two.

This can be an enhancement for phase 2 and if there is a request to change the primary photo during phase 1 we can do manual db script.
