Fixed docker image version in GPU section.

I have to get my eyes checked. The build script actually tags the locally built image as latest if no VERSION env var is specified. Will fix this.

That is true, I didn't look at the title section. I was using the yml config for GPU configuration using master and a copy and paste with :latest didn't work. My bad, sorry for the extra work.
