web.archive.org dependency for winetricks means image builds are dependent on this domain #9

With archive.org currently being down due to DDOS, image builds stopped working because the winetricks dependency layer grabs installers from this domain. Currently the build halts at vcrun2019. Need to grab this installer from a non-archive URL so we can proceed with image builds.

Download VCRedist_x86.exe and place it in .cache/winetricks
