Search for TODO-PYPI in all files and resolve these, once the next version of the "prometheus-client" package (after 2023-11-09) has been released to Pypi.
The last version of "prometheus-client" that did not yet have the required HTTPS support is 0.18.0. See here for the released versions: https://pypi.org/project/prometheus-client/#history
