Add new command(s) that list the supported API features.

This should include:

The HMC and SE versions
The HMC API version
The older CPC firmware features in the "available-features-list" property of CPC object.
The newer API features returned by the "List Console API Features" and "List CPC API Features" HMC operations.

This has already been implemented in PR #416, released in version 1.7.0 with two new commands:

They only list the API features, but not the older CPC features or SE/HMC/API versions.
