Features

More support for the customization of the calendar plugin:

[x] Date scale: by day, week, month, or year.
[x] Color theme: some default color themes or custom.

Except these, something also needs to be updated:

[x] Pin style: more modern style with icon.
[x] Travelings (开往) icon or button.
[x] More modern style for <li> list in post, archive, and categories page (TOC, Article list).
[x] External link support in the submenu.

Fix

[x] Refactor template files, especially for blog and default. (only optimize the structure of program) #21
[x] Page performance optimization
[x] Image is not in the center when the width is not enough on post page
[x] Flexible years of calendar according to the actual width
