X11vnc offers feature, which improves network performance of vnc. Details can 
be found at http://www.karlrunge.com/x11vnc/faq.html#faq-client-caching

As a drawback, this feature causes that «cache area» is visible to user, 
which is inconvenient. It would be nice, if andoidvnc will offer a feature to 
limit visible height of remote screen (like -ycrop in SSVNC).
