Hablar does not show up in IE7 at all

Hablar does not work in IE7. It works under IE8 and IE6 though.
The application seems to work "functionally" because the user seems online 
when it is launched. However, a big grey box appears instead of the GUI.

It seems that the problem is that IE7 does not interprete CSS code correctly 
in Quirks mode. If you clean up the pages to be rendered in Standard mode, 
the page shows up correctly.

Attached a patch that forces browser to render in Standard mode, along with 
some CSS fix to let the GUI render as it was before.
