User is not notified if membership of group chat changes #268

Split from issue #228

When someone joins or leaves the conversation there is no obvious 
notification.

There should probably be a message displayed within the
conversation flow which says something like "xxxx has joined the 
conversation" or "yyyy has left the conversation"
