taskbar menu is hanging over taskbar apps not beside tray menu ( on sunvalley update ) #1238

i installed windows 11 sunvalley update

and now taskbar netspeed is locked in this position ,, i can't move it back to beside tray menu (arrow) on the right side

please can you tell me how to fix this ??
